The Art of Bead Embroidery: Techniques, Designs & Inspirations by Heidi Kummli & Sherry Serafini
and
Creating Crystal Jewelry with Swarovski: 65 Sparkling Designs with Crystal Beads and Stones by Laura McCabe
Both look like excellent inspiration resources :)
